Tributación, inversión y financiamiento internacionales para el desarrollo
El establecimiento de normas internacionales destinadas a regir las políticas de tributación es una cuestión emergente y de actualidad. La fuga de capitales, la pérdida de ingresos fiscales, la competencia fiscal, los precios de transferencia y la elaboración de varias formas de instrumentos financieros son algunas cuestiones de importancia para los países en desarrollo. Los principales foros internacionales que, en la actualidad, abordan cuestiones de tributación internacional forman parte de las Naciones Unidas, tales como el ECOSOC y el proceso de financiación para el desarrollo.
