Section I:  Focus Piece " Counterfeit Medical Products: Need for Caution against Co-opting Public Health Concerns for IP Protection and Enforcement ".  

This piece aims to present an outline of the discourse on regulating counterfeit medicines at the World Health Organisation which led to the introduction of an IP enforcement agenda through the formation of the IMPACT Taskforce and its recommendations.
