South Centre organised its fourth Press briefing after the last negotiation session of the UNFCCC Bangkok Climate Change Talks 2009 on 9 October 2009. Mr. Martin Khor, Executive Director of the South Centre, presented the Centre’s views on what has been transpired in the Bangkok talks and what can be expected as the next steps towards Copenhagen.
