La déclaration des anciens fonctionnaires de la CNUCED est signée par d'anciens hauts fonctionnaires de la CNUCED, dont l'ancien secrétaire général Rubens Ricupero, d'anciens secrétaires généraux adjoints et d’anciens directeurs, au sujet de la pression exercée sur la CNUCED et le Groupe des 77 de la part de grands pays développés dans la préparation de la treizième session de la Conférence des Nations Unies sur le commerce et le développement (CNUCED XIII).

La déclaration a été faite au cours d’une conférence de presse, le 11 avril 2012, et présentée à l’ambassadeur Anthony Mothae Maruping (Lesotho), président du Conseil du commerce et du développement et président du Comité préparatoire de la CNUCED XIII.
